We stand behind our products, but something can always go wrong. Is your product not working as it should? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will first try to help you remotely and work out together what the problem is.

If your product turns out to be defective, you don't have to wait for the manufacturer's warranty process. We think it is important that you always have safe access to your crypto. That is why we send you a new one from our own stock straight away, if it is in stock. We handle everything with the manufacturer behind the scenes.

All products you buy from us come with a 2-year warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
