During the Christmas period, our operating hours will differ slightly from what you are used to.

Webshop

The webshop remains open 24/7. You can place an order at any time. Your order will be shipped as soon as the warehouse reopens.

Warehouse

• Tuesday, Dec 23: Regular hours.
• Wednesday, Dec 24: Open until 14:00. Packages for the Netherlands and Belgium will be shipped. No shipping for the rest of Europe.
• Thursday, Dec 25 – Saturday, Dec 27: Closed.
• Sunday, Dec 28 – Tuesday, Dec 30: Regular hours.
• Wednesday, Dec 31: Open until 14:00. Packages for the Netherlands and Belgium will be shipped. No shipping for the rest of Europe.
• Thursday, Jan 1: Closed.
• Friday, Jan 2 onwards: Regular hours.

Customer Service

• Tuesday, Dec 23: Regular hours.

• Thursday, Dec 25 – Friday, Dec 26: Closed.
• Saturday, Dec 27 – Sunday, Dec 28: A team member will be available this weekend to attempt to answer all outstanding inquiries.
